WeatherTerms of use
1. Acceptance
By using the Weather app by VietTS you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy.
2. Forecasts are for information only
Forecasts, warnings and figures come from models and third-party data and may be wrong or late. The app does not replace official bulletins from meteorological services. Do not rely on it for life-safety, aviation or marine decisions.
3. Premium
- Weather Premium is a subscription of $8.99 per month (or the store's equivalent price in your country) that unlocks every feature and removes ads.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically every month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel it in your store account settings: Apple, Google Play.
- Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policy.
4. Temporary unlocks with ads
You can watch a rewarded ad to unlock some features for a while (for example 15-day forecasts for 24 hours, the advanced map for 30 minutes). Durations and scope may change.
5. Ownership and third-party data
The app, its design and content belong to VietTS. Weather and map data belong to the sources credited under Data sources and follow their licences.
6. Prohibited use
Do not scrape or exploit the app's API, interfere with ads, reverse engineer the app or use it unlawfully.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, VietTS is not liable for damage arising from reliance on forecasts or from the app being unavailable.
8. Governing law and contact
